Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- mashed pinto beans, cooked day before plain or 1/2 can plain - 1/2 c
How to make pinto bean pie:
Melt butter and add other ingredients. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Tastes like pecan pie. A great pie for people allergic to nuts.
