Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour
• stick margarine - 1 item
• soda - 1 tsp
• raisins - 1/2 c
• cloves - 1 tsp
• white sugar - 1 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 lb
• diced raw apples - 1 c
• pinto beans, cooked and mashed - 2 c
• English walnuts, cut up - 1/2 c
• Bake all in tube pan at 350° for 1 hour or until done

How to make pinto bean cake:

Cook and mash pinto beans, then measure. Bake all in tube pan at 350° for 1 hour or until done.Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick margarine2 tsp. vanilla1 lb. box powdered sugar Mix together. Spread on cake while warm, not hot.
