- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pineapple juice from canned pineapple - 6 Tbsp
- egg whites, stiffly beaten - 3 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- sliced pineapple - 1 item
- cherries - 1 item
- pecans - 1 item
How to make pineapple upside-down cake:
Beat egg yolks and sugar until light. Add flour, baking powder and juice. Fold in egg whites. Melt 1/2 stick butter and 1 cup brown sugar in skillet.
