Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple juice and all
- oil cooking - 1/2 c
- Add the eggs, oil and pineapple
How to make pineapple sheet cake:
Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the eggs, oil and pineapple. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into a sheet cake pan that has been oiled and floured. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool Whip can be used for frosting or use the following frosting.Frosting:1 small (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk1 stick margarine1 c. nuts1 c. sugar1 c. coconut Mix and simmer 5 minutes over low heat.
