Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• powdered sugar - 3 c
• 2 can crushed pineapple
• softened oleo - 3/4 c
• Use a large cookie sheet with sides

How to make pineapple sheet cake:

Mix in order given. Use a large cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened3/4 c. softened oleo1 tsp. vanilla3 c. powdered sugar Cream together. Ice the cake. Keep refrigerated.
