Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- cream of tartar - 2 tsp
How to make snickerdoodles:
Mix butter and shortening until creamy. Add sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Shape dough into balls. Mix sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in mixture.
