Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 3 c
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- can blueberry pie filling - 1 item
How to make blueberry crunch:
Cream oleo; add brown sugar, nuts and flour. Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Mix cream cheese and 2 cups powdered sugar. Spread over cool crust. Mix blueberry filling, 1 cup powdered sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Spread over cream cheese mix.
