Pineapple nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- nutmeats - 1/2 c
- golden raisins - 1 c
- egg, beaten in milk - 1 item
How to make pineapple nut bread:
Mix dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and raisins. Dissolve baking soda in the pineapple and add with rest of ingredients to dry mixture. Bake in a bread pan at 350° for about an hour, or until it tests done. Cool on rack; wrap in plastic and store inRecipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
