- crushed pineapple, drained or 1 can pie filling, cherry or strawberry - 1 oz
How to make pineapple cheesecake:
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until well blended. Add eggs; beat well. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust; add drained pineapple. Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven. Chill before serving. (If canned pie filling is used, bake cream cheese, sugar and egg filling only. Remove from oven and top with pie filling.)Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Pineapple.
