Pineapple cheese cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 8 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 4 Tbsp
- lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- graham crackers - 30 item
- small can Pet milk chilled - 1 item
How to make pineapple cheese cake:
Crush crackers and mix with butter and powdered sugar. Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water, add pineapple. Cool until syrupy. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Whip chilled Pet milk, add cheese mix to whipped Pet milk and beat. Pour into lined pan of graham crackers and add 1/2 cup of graham crackers on top. Chill at least 1/2 hour before serving.This is a very light cheese cake. (Hint: Put Pet milk, beaters and bowl in freezer for about 5 minutes before whipping, Pet milk will whip much better.)
