  • pkg - 2 oz
  • chopped nuts - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1/4 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Soften cream cheese; add pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1 cup nuts. Mix well and shape into ball. Roll in 1 cup nuts. Chill for several hours. Serve with crackers. Serves 10 to 15.
