Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1/4 c
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Soften cream cheese; add pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1 cup nuts. Mix well and shape into ball. Roll in 1 cup nuts. Chill for several hours. Serve with crackers. Serves 10 to 15.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
