Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- slices bread, cut in cubes - 4 item
- can crushed pineapple juice and all - 1 oz
How to make pineapple casserole:
Combine pineapple and eggs; mix together sugar, flour and salt and add to pineapple. Pour into buttered casserole dish; toss bread cubes into melted margarine and place on top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
