  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 3 item
  • slices bread, cut in cubes - 4 item
  • can crushed pineapple juice and all - 1 oz

How to make pineapple casserole:

Combine pineapple and eggs; mix together sugar, flour and salt and add to pineapple. Pour into buttered casserole dish; toss bread cubes into melted margarine and place on top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
