- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- stick margarine, softened - 1 item
How to make pineapple cake:
Frosting:1 lb. powdered sugar1 stick margarine, softened8 oz. cream cheese Combine flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda and pineapple. Mix well and pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until cake pulls away from pan and center springs back when touched.Frosting: In mixing bowl, beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Spread on warm cake. Serves 12.
