- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- sifted powdered sugar - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- lemon supreme cake mix - 1 pkg
- lemon pudding mix
How to make moist lemon cake:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat two minutes at medium speed with electric mixer. Pour batter into 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for thirty-five minutes. Cool cake in pan. Combine powdered sugar and 1/4 cup lemon juice; pour over cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lactose Free.
