Ingredients/Components
- box lemon cake mix - 1 item
- box pineapple instant pudding mix - 1 item
- eggs - 5 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- bottle 7-Up - 1 oz
- sugar
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- coconut - 1/2 c
How to make 7-up cake:
Mix well the cake mix, pudding mix, 4 eggs, oil and 7-Up. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350°.Prepare frosting. Combine sugar, flour, 1 egg and margarine. Cook until thickens; cool and add coconut. Spread over warm cake. Best when kept refrigerated.
