Ingredients/Components

  • stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
  • c sugar - 1/2 item
  • Tbsp flour - 3 item
  • can of pineapple chunks, drained - 1 20
  • c grated Colby cheese - 1 item
  • crackers Ritz, crushed - 24 item

How to make pineapple au gratin:

Combine pineapple chunks, cheese, sugar, and flour. Pour into 8x8 buttered baking dish.

Mix together melted butter and cracker crumbs - spread over top of pineapple mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
