Pineapple au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- c sugar - 1/2 item
- Tbsp flour - 3 item
- can of pineapple chunks, drained - 1 20
- c grated Colby cheese - 1 item
- crackers Ritz, crushed - 24 item
How to make pineapple au gratin:
Combine pineapple chunks, cheese, sugar, and flour. Pour into 8x8 buttered baking dish.Mix together melted butter and cracker crumbs - spread over top of pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
