Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 1 pkg
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- tub Cool Whip - 1 item
- box pineapple supreme cake mix - 1 item
- can frozen pina colada - 1 item
How to make pina colada cake:
Mix cake as directed, except use, crushed pineapple and juice in place of the water. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan as directed.Combine milk and pina colada together. While cake is hot, punch lots of holes with a fork in cake. Pour milk mixture over cake. Cool completely. Spread Cool Whip over cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
