- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can coconut - 1 item
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- mandarin oranges - 1 c
- can cream of coconut - 1 item
- medium carton Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make pina colada cake:
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges. Mix until oranges are cut up in small dots. Pour in pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Drain pineapple and keep juice. When cake is done and is still hot, pour 1/2 can cream of coconut over cake; poRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
