  • can crushed pineapple, do not drain - 1 to
  • box golden butter cake mix - 1 item
  • can mandarin oranges, do not drain - 1 item

How to make pig pickin cake:

Mix first 4 ingredients together and beat until oranges are small specks. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Cool completely.

Topping: Mix the last 3 ingredients gently by hand and spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate to store.
