Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- juice - 2/3 c
- box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
- medium can pineapple - 1 item
- large can Mandarin oranges - 1 item
How to make mandarin cake:
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and 2/3 cup Mandarin juice. Fold in oranges and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cook 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. Cool 2 hours before icing.Icing: Mix instant pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip and pineapple. Ice and refrigerate.
