• coconut - 1 c
• oil - 1/4 c
• shredded coconut - 1 c
• Cool Whip - 9 oz
• rum - 1/3 c
• crushed pineapple
• box white cake mix - 1 item
• box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item

How to make pina colada cake:

Icing:8 oz. crushed pineapple1 box vanilla instant pudding1 c. coconut9 oz. Cool Whip1/3 c. rum Mix all the cake ingredients until smooth. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Mix ingredients for icing; spread on cooled cake.
