Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- large egg - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- flour all-purpose - 4 c
- butter flavored Crisco
How to make pie crust:
Mix flour, sugar, salt and shortening with pastry blender. Mix beaten egg, water and vinegar in a smaller bowl. Combine the two mixtures until wet. Divide into five equal balls and wrap in aluminum foil. Freeze until ready to use.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Crusts/pastry dough.
