Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/3 c
- water - 2 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- cloves - 1 Tbsp
- okra - 1 item
- dill seed - 1 Tbsp
- garlic or to your taste - 1 item
How to make pickled okra:
Wash and cut stem of okra (not too short). Pack in jars. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil in saucepan. Pour over okra while hot and seal.Recipe categories: American, North american, Kwanzaa.
