- clove garlic - 1 item
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- dill seed - 1/2 tsp
- hot red pepper - 1 item

- Per Jar:1 hot green pepper
- plain salt - 1/2 c
How to make pickled okra:
Per Jar:1 hot green pepper1 hot red pepper1 clove garlic1/2 tsp. dill weed1 qt. vinegar2 c. water1/2 c. plain salt1 tsp. sugar Put 1/2 teaspoon dill seed in bottom of pint jar. Pack jar with small okra. Add the peppers, garlic and dill weedRecipe categories: American, North american, Kwanzaa.
