Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 8 item
- water - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- onion, sliced - 1/2 item
- bay leaves - 1 item
- little hot peppers - 1 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Boil eggs and peel. Mix vinegar and water; bring to a boil. Add sugar. Remove from fire. Add garlic, onion, sweet pepper, bay leaves and spices of your choice. Pour over eggs and let sit a couple of days. Cut eggs in half to serve. Note: Beet juicRecipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
