- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- vinegar - 2 c
- beets - 1 item
How to make pickled beets:
Boil beets until tender. When cool enough to handle beets, remove skin and short tops. Slice and pack in warm jars. Boil together vinegar, water, sugar and cinnamon; pour over sliced beets and seal.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Condiments, etc., Salads.
