Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- coconut - 14 oz
- cocoa
- margarine - 1/4 c
- large marshmallows - 20 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- box chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- Filling: Mix sugar, milk, margarine and evaporated milk and cook 10 minutes; add marshmallows, stir until smooth

Filling:1 c. sugar1/2 c. milk1/4 c. margarine1/2 c. evaporated milk20 large marshmallows14 oz. coconut Icing:3 Tbsp. cocoa1 box powdered sugar1/4 c. evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Bake as directed on box; make 2 layers in 9 x 13-inch pans.Filling: Mix sugar, milk, margarine and evaporated milk and cook 10 minutes; add marshmallows, stir until smooth. Add coconut; fill between layers.Icing: Mix and spread on top and sides of cake.
