Ingredients/Components

• cloves garlic - 2 item
• parsley - 1 tsp
• olive oil - 2 Tbsp
• fresh basil - 3/4 c
• dried basil - 2 tsp
• Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated - 1/2 c
• warm pasta water - 1/4 c

How to make pesto:

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend until consistency of mayonnaise. Serve over pasta.
