Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 lb
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- hot water - 1 beef
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- green peppers, cut into strips - 2 item
- round steak, cut in strips - 2 lb
How to make pepper steak:
Brown meat in melted butter. Cook about 1 hour. Remove meat; add onions and green pepper. Saute about 2 minutes. Return meat with tomatoes and bouillon cube dissolved in 1/4 cup water. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir into meat mixture and cook uRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
