- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 3 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 c
- onions - 12 item
- green pods pepper - 12 item
- red pods pepper - 12 item
How to make pepper relish:
Chop pepper and onions. Pour boiling water over pepper and onions; let stand 5 minutes. Drain off water. Add salt, sugar and vinegar; cook for 5 minutes. Pack in can and seal.Recipe categories: Sauces, Salsas, Jams and preserves.
