  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • light corn syrup - 1 c
  • dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar, firmly packed - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • eggs, divided - 4 item

How to make pecan pie bars:

Set aside 2/3 cup cake mix. Combine remaining cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Mix with fork until crumbly. Press mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Combine reserved cake mix
