Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- pecans
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- dark Karo
How to make pecan pie bars:
Grease sides and bottom of pan. Reserve 2/3 cup cake mix and then combine remaining mix, butter and 1 egg. Press into pan thinly and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350°. Combine remaining mix (2/3 cup), 3 eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix well and pour over the browned crust.
