Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- pecan nuts - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Cook sugar and syrup until mixture thickens. Beat eggs well. Add hot syrup slowly, beating constantly. Add butter, vanilla and nuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in a moderate oven for 35 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
