Pecan pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• butter - 4 Tbsp
• dark corn syrup - 1 c
• pecan nuts - 1 c

How to make pecan pie:

Cook sugar and syrup until mixture thickens. Beat eggs well. Add hot syrup slowly, beating constantly. Add butter, vanilla and nuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in a moderate oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
