Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- dark corn syrup - 1/4 c
- pecans - 1 c
- 9-inch pie shell, unbaked - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Mix sugar, corn syrup and butter. Bring to boiling point. Beat the eggs gradually. Add syrup mixture. Add pecans, salt and vanilla. Stir. Pour into pie shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
