- sugar - 6 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple
- quart chopped pears - 1 item
How to make pear honey:
Peel and grind pears. Cook until tender. Add other ingredients and cook until mixture thickens. Cook time is about 1 1/2 hours. Put in hot sterile jars and seal. Makes about 3 1/2 pints. This is good served over cream cheese or pork.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, Pears.
