Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- half and half - 1/2 c
- vanilla
- pkg - 1 lb
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- chopped peanuts
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
- 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
How to make peanut pie:
Preheat oven to 325°. On low speed, beat brown sugar, flour, salt, half and half and vanilla until well blended. Beat in eggs and peanut butter. Pour into crust. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
