Double chocolate crumble bars
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 6 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- miniature marshmallows
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- crisp rice cereal
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
How to make double chocolate crumble bars:
Topping:2 c. miniature marshmallows6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips1 c. creamy peanut butter1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla. Set aside. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture. Spread in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bars test done. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly on top. Bake 3 minutes more. Cool. Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in small saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Stir in cereal; spread mixture on top of cooled bars. Chill.
