Double chocolate crumble bars

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 6 oz
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 3/4 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 2 Tbsp
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• miniature marshmallows
• nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
• crisp rice cereal
• creamy peanut butter - 1 c

How to make double chocolate crumble bars:

Topping:2 c. miniature marshmallows6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips1 c. creamy peanut butter1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla. Set aside. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture. Spread in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bars test done. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly on top. Bake 3 minutes more. Cool. Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in small saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Stir in cereal; spread mixture on top of cooled bars. Chill. Cut into bars. Refrigerate.
