Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- 8 oz
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
- heavy cream, whipped - 1 c
- chocolate cookie crumbs
- grated chocolate or cookie crumbs - 1 item
How to make peanut butter pie:
Filling:1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft1 c. creamy peanut butter1 c. sugar1 Tbsp. butter, melted1 tsp. vanilla1 c. heavy cream, whipped grated chocolate or cookie crumbs Combine crust ingredients and press into pie plate. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Cool. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Gently spoon into crust.
