Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • jar peanut butter - 1 oz

How to make peanut butter fudge:

Combine first 3 ingredients in electric skillet. Cook at 280°, bringing to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend well. Pour into buttered 9-inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares.
