Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- jar peanut butter - 1 oz
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Combine first 3 ingredients in electric skillet. Cook at 280°, bringing to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend well. Pour into buttered 9-inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
