Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 lb
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • creamy peanut butter
  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
  • chopped pecans optional - 1 c

How to make peanut butter fudge:

Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in heavy pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a firm ball in cold water. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter, vanilla and nuts. Beat until smooth and thick. Pour into buttered pan. Cool completely.
