Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- vanilla
- dash of salt - 1 item
- crunchy peanut butter - 1 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- stick oleo - 1 item
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Bring first 4 ingredients to a hard boil, stirring constantly. Continue until it reaches a soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add vanilla, marshmallow cream and peanut butter. Beat by hand until smooth. Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and cool at room temperature.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
