Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- vanilla
- white corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Cook sugar, evaporated milk and syrup over medium heat until it forms a soft ball in cold water; remove from heat. Add butter, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat until thick. Pour into butter-greased pan. Cool and cut into pieces.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
