Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 2 c
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • soft butter - 1 c
  • 4x sugar - 4 Tbsp

How to make pecan puffs:

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in flour and pecans. Shape into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake until brown or about 30 minutes at 300°. While hot, roll puffs in powdered sugar. When cold, roll again. Yields 3 dozen.
