Pecan puffs
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- sifted flour - 2 c
- soft butter - 1 c
- 4x sugar - 4 Tbsp
How to make pecan puffs:
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in flour and pecans. Shape into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake until brown or about 30 minutes at 300°. While hot, roll puffs in powdered sugar. When cold, roll again. Yields 3 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
