- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- egg yolks - 3 item
- coconut
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
How to make coconut-pecan frosting:
Beat egg yolk and milk together in saucepan; add sugar, butter and vanilla. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Add coconut and pecans.
