Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 3/4 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- rolled oats - 1 c
- milk add to spreading consistency - 1 item
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Icing:2 c. powdered sugar1/4 c. peanut butter milk (add to spreading consistency) Mix ingredients. Bake in 13 x 9-inch cake pan at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or so. Be careful not to overcook! Ice when cooled.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
