Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- quick cooking oats - 1 c
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Cream butter and sugars. Blend in egg, peanut butter, salt and vanilla. Stir in flour and oats. Spread into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Return to oven and let chips melt, then spread as a frosting.
