Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- brown sugar
- water - 3/4 c
How to make brownie pudding:
Sauce:1/2 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. cocoa3/4 c. water Combine batter ingredients; mix until smooth. Spread in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Mix brown sugar and cocoa in a small saucepan. Add water and cook until it boils. Pour sauce over batter. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Puddings and mousses.
