Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 12 oz
- loaf bread day old bread works best - 1 item
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Cut crust off bread. Cut bread into strips as wide as your finger. Put into 200° oven for 1 1/2 hours. Put oil and peanut butter in double boiler; warm and mix well. Mix cracker crumbs and sugar together. Dip 1 strip at a time in peanut butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Place on wax paper to dry.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
