Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• vegetable shortening - 1 c
• peanut butter - 1 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Combine flour, soda and salt. Beat together the remaining ingredients. Mix in flour. Roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press each with fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
