Chocolate chip pudding cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1/4 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• chocolate chips - 1 pkg
• unsifted flour
• nuts optional - 1 c
• packed light brown sugar - 3/4 c
• softened margarine - 1 c
• instant Jell-O pudding - 1 pkg

How to make chocolate chip pudding cookies:

Mix soda with flour. Combine margarine, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually mix in flour and soda. Stir in chips and nuts. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased sheet. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
